but I noticed how many stupid arguments
I can have in a week.
If someone said something I disagreed with,
I couldn't immediately react.
This helped me not snap -- and more importantly
it made me think before anything
came out of my mouth.
I'm pretty sure we've been told since kindergarten,
"Think before you speak".

如果有人說(shuō)了一些我反對(duì)的話,我不會(huì)馬上回應(yīng)他。
這樣我就不會(huì)大聲吼他,更重要的是,
這樣我就有時(shí)間在說(shuō)話前多思考思考了。
我確信從幼兒園開(kāi)始,
大人們就告訴我們“三思而后言”。
