[00:08.26]A Letter of Suggestion
[00:10.93]Dear President,
[00:12.99]I am a student of this university,
[00:15.54]and over the last few weeks
[00:17.75]I have become increasingly concerned
[00:20.24]about the air conditioners
[00:21.87]in our school which are set at a very low temperature.
[00:25.79]I am writing to offer some suggestion
[00:28.36]on the use of air conditioners
[00:30.54]and I hope this letter can draw your attention.
[00:33.46]All the teachers in our school are so considerate
[00:37.07]that they turn on the air conditioners with the hope
[00:40.00]to provide a comfortable environment for us to study in,
[00:44.13]for which we are grateful.
[00:46.31]However, sometimes the teachers set such a low temperature
[00:50.42]that may lead to a waste of electricity.
[00:53.28]In addition,
[00:54.40]too low temperature may cause students'
[00:56.82]health problems and thus affect our study.
[01:00.00]Concerning the problem mentioned above,
[01:02.42]I suggest that the air conditioners should be set at 26 degrees,
[01:06.96]which is beneficial for both students and our surroundings.
[01:12.00]I would really appreciate it if my suggestion could be considered
[01:16.78]and positive changes take place in this regard.
[01:20.27]Yours sincerely, Li Ming
