英語時(shí)差:怎樣要求加薪？

W:Well, as you know, I have been working here for about 15 years now. I really like this company. My job is interesting and the working conditions are generally pretty good. W:I haven't had a raise that more than 4 years and with infletion it is really getting tough to make a meet. M:4 years, you say? Emmm....
W:Yes. And in that time ,I have had at least 3 performances with you that I've all been excellent .You said I'm doing a great jod here. And I think my good work should be rewarded.
