11. Swiss cheese is a little bit hard, and has holes in it.

12. Also Swiss cheese is the kind of cheese you always see in cartoons, that the mouse....

No.4 Mozarella cheese 馬蘇里拉芝士 (it's white 是白色的)
13. Often just like a piece, just cut it with the knife. 切成薄薄的片。
14. Or you can put it on a cracker. 或者放在餅干上也行。
15. We often eat Cheddar with crackers, maybe apples. 我們通常會(huì)車打芝士配餅干，或是蘋果。

17. Well, you're supposed to like put it on a cracker or something. Or put it in a sandwich? But some people just put it in their mouths.
