2013年美國(guó)政府停擺正在進(jìn)行中，即國(guó)會(huì)無(wú)法通過(guò)足夠的預(yù)算案的情況下，美國(guó)政府關(guān)閉一些政府機(jī)構(gòu)，暫時(shí)停止提供“非必要服務(wù)”，相關(guān)的政府雇員停發(fā)工資以減少開(kāi)支。本次停擺從10月1日開(kāi)始，停擺的主要原因是共和黨控制的眾議院與民主黨控制的奧巴馬醫(yī)改(Obama Care)上的分歧。對(duì)于此次停擺，你怎么看?
