番茄炒蛋怎么做?

一百個中國人可能有一百種番茄炒蛋的做法。今天我們給大家的版本是歪果仁Adam版的。

Ingredients 原料：

Egg: 雞蛋

Tomato: 番茄

Green onion/spring onion/scallion: 蔥

Wok: 炒鍋

Pan: 平底鍋

國外很多地方都用電磁爐：

Don't use flame, but use electric stove: 不用明火爐，用電磁爐

How to make it 怎么做：

Beat the egg/whisk the egg: 打雞蛋

Cut the tomato into chunks: 把番茄切成塊

Chunks: 是較大的塊，如果是丁就用cubes

Heat the pan with oil/Heat up the oil: 熱鍋、熱油

Put in some scallions: 放入小蔥

Stir fry the eggs: 炒雞蛋

Stir fry the tomato until the juice comes out: 要把番茄炒出汁
