Alright, here...we go.The great thing about being on an open lake like this is the wind is nice and steady and constant. 好了 出發(fā)了 在開闊的湖面滑行上有一個好處 就是風(fēng)力夠大且 速度穩(wěn)定不間斷

This is much easier at the moment than trying to drag myself across this just walking on skis. 這樣比光靠雪橇 自己慢慢走到對岸 要輕松得了

When the sun drops, temperatures can plummet to minus-50. 當(dāng)太陽下山后 溫度會驟降到零下五十度

And out here, just surviving the night is an achievement.Back into the snow coffin. 在這種地方 能挨過晚上就算厲害了 又回到雪棺里了

I'm deep inside the arctic circle, halfway across a frozen lake. 我現(xiàn)在位于北極圈深處的一個凍湖中央
