Just like that.Hold it there. 就像這樣 拉緊了

Reach between your legs,then pull it up. 從雙腿間穿過(guò)去 把一邊繩子拉上來(lái)

And that then locks at three points. 然后把這三點(diǎn)固定在一起

Use one of the paraglider carabiners through there. 用一個(gè)滑翔傘的環(huán)鎖扣扣住
