改變需要勇氣

Especially in our teen years when it seems like changes are unending.

尤其是當(dāng)我們青春年少時(shí)，改變隨時(shí)都在發(fā)生，似乎無(wú)窮無(wú)盡。

Sometimes, we fight to hold on to what we were while,

有時(shí)，我們拼盡全力堅(jiān)持自我，

at the very same time, we fight to let go of what we were.

同時(shí)又努力做出改變。

That said, change shouldn't be feared.

即便如此矛盾，也不要懼怕改變。

Changes are a beneficial, healthy part of growing up.

因?yàn)樗鼘?duì)你的成長(zhǎng)大有裨益。

You might lose something good in the process, but you will most likely gain something even better.

面對(duì)變化的過(guò)程中，你可能會(huì)失去一些珍貴的東西，但一路走來(lái)你會(huì)收獲更多。

People, places, and feelings always change so don't resist it.

人，環(huán)境，情感，隨時(shí)都在發(fā)生變化，所以不要抵觸。

Embrace change, and life will always offer you something new, different, and interesting.
