B: Yeah, kind of because of the taxes and the tips. 對(duì)啊,這是因?yàn)橐佣愡€有小費(fèi)。
A: How does tipping work? We don't do it in China. 小費(fèi)是怎么回事?我們中國(guó)沒(méi)有這個(gè)。
B: People usually leave 15%, but now it might even be 20% of the bill. 大家通常會(huì)留你這頓飯消費(fèi)的15%作為小費(fèi),不過(guò)現(xiàn)在可能會(huì)留20%。
A: Wow, that's a lot. Do you have to leave that much? 哇這好多啊。你一定要留這么多的嗎?
B: I think it's minimum otherwise, they'll think you're cheap. But one time I didn't leave a tip. 我覺(jué)得這是最起碼的,不然別人會(huì)覺(jué)得你很小氣。不過(guò)又一次我沒(méi)給小費(fèi)。
