方式狀語從句表示主句動作的方式，常用的引導詞有as，as if，asthough和the way等。
例句
a. When in Rome, do as the Romans do.
入鄉(xiāng)隨俗。（When traveling,follow the customs of the local people.）
b. Do as you are told.
按照吩咐的去做。
c. Do as I say, not as I do.
= Follow my advice, but don’t follow my example.
