（1）It + … + to do sth.
不定式作主語(yǔ)，常見(jiàn)的是用it作形式主語(yǔ)，放在句首，將真正的主語(yǔ)——動(dòng)詞不定式（短語(yǔ)）放在句子后面。
a. It is easier to spend money than to make money.
b. It takes time to study English well.
注意：此處形式主語(yǔ)it不能用this或that來(lái)替換。
This（A） is impossible for（B） people to stare directly（C） at the sun. 人們不可能直視太陽(yáng)。
答案：A。This 改為It。
（2）不定式結(jié)構(gòu)也可直接置于句首作主語(yǔ)，此時(shí)謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞要用單數(shù)形式
例句
a. To err is human; to forgive, divine.
犯錯(cuò)人皆難免，寬恕則屬超凡。
b. To solve this problem takes a genius like Einstein.
c. To love for the sake of being loved is human, but to love for the sake of loving is angelic.
