投訴 Complaints

投訴信是要表達(dá)某人的不滿之情。而此種不滿往往是由于其他人或事有不當(dāng)之處，抑或是其本人正處于某種困境。投訴的原因以及相關(guān)的要求可置于抱怨之詞前面，也可置于其后。寫投訴信時(shí)你應(yīng)該：

1.指明你要投訴的是什么。

2.表明你對(duì)服務(wù)、產(chǎn)品等不滿意的原因。

3.說(shuō)明你購(gòu)買此商品或者服務(wù)的時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)。

4.說(shuō)明你所希望的解決方法。

Formal正式的

1.I regret to inform you that the……我很遺憾地告知你……

2.I am sorry to say that……很遺憾，……

3.Could you please not……請(qǐng)你不要……

4.I would be happy if you could exchange it or refund my money.如果你能給我換貨或退款的話，我會(huì)非常高興。
