Learning is a lifelong journey. We all want to know how to learn better.

First, have some learning plans before exams. This could be from one month to six months.

This time length depends on the importance of the exam.

If you are learning for the final exam, you'd better make a one-month plan.

Second, think about your environment.

第二，想想自己的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。

Make sure the place where you are going to learn is comfortable with enough light.

確保你要學(xué)習(xí)的地方是舒適的，有足夠的光線。

However, if you are that kind of person that likes listening to music while learning, you have to find out what kind of music works best for you.

然而，如果你是那種喜歡邊聽音樂邊學(xué)習(xí)的人，你必須知道哪種音樂最適合自己。

Generally speaking, you'd better choose classical music instead of pop or rock music.

一般來說，最好選擇古典音樂而不是流行音樂或者搖滾音樂。

Third, have enough rest. If you learn for too long, your mind will work less effectively.

第三，有足夠的休息。如果學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)，大腦的工作效率就會(huì)降低。

Many people suggested learning an hour with a ten-minute break.

很多人建議學(xué)習(xí)一個(gè)小時(shí)休息十分鐘。
