職場心經(jīng)

詢盤是貿(mào)易的開始,也是貿(mào)易過程中十分重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)。買方在詢價時應(yīng)注意:

1.因詢價就是向潛在的供應(yīng)商探詢交易條件,并不具約束力,因此,應(yīng)該廣泛詢價,以了解市場行情。

2.詢價的形式可采取發(fā)價目單、商品目錄或直接詢問都可。

3.如果你急于采購某種商品,詢價不要太集中,以防暴露真實意圖,對方趁機扛價。

當(dāng)詢盤的時候你會說

1.Could you give us an idea about your price for CIF London?

firm offer表示的是“實盤”的意思,與之對應(yīng)的是虛盤(nonfirm offer)。

3.I'm interested in your hardware .

hardware表示的是“硬件”的意思,對應(yīng)的software則表示“軟件”。

4.Could you give me an indication of the price?

你們提出一個估計價格好嗎?

A:May I have your specific inquiry? If you make an inquiry. We can offer you firm offer.

B:I'm planning to place an order for 1,000 yards to start with. And please make your quotations on CIF basis.

A:OK, we'll have them early this afternoon.

B:Would you accept orders according to our designs and patterns?

A:Yes. If the order is a sizable one.

CIF是Cost Insurance and Freight的縮寫形式,表示“到岸價格”。

kick-back傭金

Kick-back是一個合成詞。kick在俚語中有“錢包”的意思。收回到錢包里的東西自然就是“傭金”了。例如:The salary is not high, but we can get 8% kick-back of what we have sold out.薪水不多,但是我們可以拿到銷售額百分之八的傭金。
