A: Good morning, sir. Can I help you?

B: Good morning. I bought this camera here a few months ago. It has some problems.

早上好，好幾個月前我買的這個照相機(jī)，有點(diǎn)問題。

A: I'm so sorry to hear that.

B: I hope you will be able to fix it or refund my money.

A: Have you brought the sales slip?

B: Yes, here it is.

A: Sorry, sir. Your warranty was good for six months. It expired two weeks ago.

對不起，您的保修單是半年的，已經(jīng)過期兩個星期了。

B: Two weeks ago? What difference would two weeks make? I'm sure it was defective when I bought it.

A: What's wrong with the washing machine? I just bought it a week ago.

B: I will have a look at it.

B: No, nothing is wrong with it.

A: How about the bulb?

B: No problem. Maybe something is wrong with the fuse. Let me check it out. (A few minutes later) Right, the fuse is burnt out. I can fix it right away.
