1. 打出租車

D=Driver (司機) P=Passenger (乘客)

P(A): Hurry up, John. We'll be late.

約翰，快點。我們要遲到了。

P(B): Wait a minute!

等一下！

P(A): You know the taxi is very hard to get at present. We will miss the plane if you don't hurry up.

你知道現(xiàn)在出租車是很難打的，再不快點就趕不上飛機了。

P(B): Well, well, I'm coming.

好的，好的，我來了。

P(A): Taxi is coming. Taxi!

出租車來了。出租車！

P(B): I'm afraid it's taken.

恐怕上面已經(jīng)有人坐了。

好吧。

P(B): Here comes another taxi! Hey, taxi!

又來了一輛出租車！嘿，出租車！

P(A): To the airport, please.

P(A): No,thanks. I'd rather keep this case with me. How long does it take to get to the airport?

D: About 25 minutes if the traffic is not too heavy.

P(A): Be quick, please. We are in a rush. The airplane will take off after a while.

2. 路上遇到堵車

P: I am from Beijing. I've heart a lot about the beautiful natural scenery of Shenzhen, so I come here to spend my holidays.

我來自北京，聽說深圳的自然景色不錯，所以是過來度假的。

D: You have made a good decision. The natural landscape here has been famous around the world.

您的這個選擇是再正確不過的了。這里的自然景觀可是世界聞名呢。

P: It seems that I chose a right place.

D: Of course you did.

P: It's all traffic. Are you sure we're on the right road?

真是太堵了。你確定我們走的是正確的線路嗎？

D: Sure enough.

十分確定。

P: Look! We have to stop for the red light.

看！前面紅燈我們必須要停下。

D: It's green now. But we can't move. We're in a traffic jam.

現(xiàn)在是綠燈了。但我們還是移動不了，我們正處于交通阻塞之中。

P: How about going back to that crossroad and turn the other way?

我們返回到那個十字路口然后走另一個方向怎么樣？

D: That is one way traffic. There is nothing but vehicles now.

那是單行車道?，F(xiàn)在路上全都是車。

P: Never mind. Look! There're blue sky, beautiful trees and high buildings ahead. What nice pictures!

不要緊?？?，前面有蔚藍的天空、漂亮的樹木和高樓大廈。多么美好的畫面啊！

前面還有著名的“世界之窗”。

P: Really? Just drop me here. I want to walk over to the Window of the World for a visit. How much is the fare?

D: Get on, please.

P: One of my friends told me it's very difficult to get a cab in Beijing.

我的一個朋友告訴我說在北京很難打到出租車。

D: That was several years ago. Now you can see that there are taxis everywhere in Beijing.

幾年前是那樣?，F(xiàn)在你可以看到北京到處都是出租車。

P: And the price is rather cheap. What is the rate?

價錢也便宜多了。價錢怎么算??？

D: Mine is 2 yuan a kilometer. Some others, like those yellow ones, are much cheaper, only 1 yuan per kilometer, because there is no air conditioner in their cars.

我的車是1公里2元。還有一些出租車，像是那些黃色的，收費更便宜。1公里只收1元，因為他們的車上沒有空調(diào)。

你使用計價器嗎？

D: Here it is. That's the regulation.

P: Do you receive tips?

你收小費嗎？

D: No, never.

P: Your cars are made in China or imported from abroad?

你們的車是中國制造的還是從國外進口的呢？

D: We used to buy a lot from Germany and Japan, but now we've begun to produce them by ourselves. We have several good joint venture car plants in China. You see, this red one, that black one and the blue one are all made in China.

我們過去會從德國和日本進口許多車，不過現(xiàn)在我們已經(jīng)開始自己生產(chǎn)汽車了。中國已經(jīng)有了一些很好的汽車合資企業(yè)。你看這輛紅色的車，那輛黑色的和藍色的車都是由中國制造的。

P: Nice! Does this car belong to you? Do you have good business being a taxi driver?

真不錯！這輛車是你的嗎？做出租車司機生意好嗎？

D: I've rented the car since last year. It's too much for me to afford it. Look at those yellow minis, they are owned by the drivers.

我從去年開始租的這輛車。它太貴了我買不起?？茨切S色的迷你車，基本上都是屬于司機所有的。

我了解了。

D: Here we are. 30 yuan in total.
