1. 為什么在起飛和落地時不能使用耳機

在起飛和落地階段戴著耳機無疑是“置生死于度外”的瘋狂舉動，而乘務(wù)員好心勸說乘客在起飛和落地時取下耳機，則完全是出自對乘客安全的考慮。

隨著飛機客艙設(shè)施越來越先進，旅客隨身攜帶的娛樂設(shè)備也越來越多，很多旅客在旅途中都會選擇機上配備的耳機或者自帶耳機來收聽、觀看自己喜歡的節(jié)目。但大家會發(fā)現(xiàn)，客艙乘務(wù)員在進行起飛和落地安全檢查時，除了對旅客安全帶有沒有系好、小桌板有沒有收起等進行常規(guī)檢查外，還會要求戴耳機的旅客取下耳機，對此很多旅客大惑不解，有的旅客很不以為然，認為沒必要，甚至還有的干脆投訴乘務(wù)員干涉他們的自由。那么，為什么乘務(wù)員會有這樣的要求呢？

一般說來，飛機在起飛后3分鐘和降落前8分鐘被稱為起飛著陸關(guān)鍵階段。因為這兩個階段都需要飛行員在近地高度上完成復雜的飛行任務(wù)，是整個飛行過程中操作最繁忙的兩個階段。這兩個階段不但對飛行員的飛行技術(shù)要求極高，也對天氣、機場環(huán)境等因素要求極高。同時，這兩個階段飛機主要處在海拔0~3000米的區(qū)域，而這個區(qū)域?qū)儆趯α鲗拥淖畹撞?，是氣流最不穩(wěn)定的區(qū)域，也是鳥類活動最頻繁的區(qū)域，經(jīng)常發(fā)生鳥擊事件。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，80%的飛行事故都是發(fā)生在這個時間段內(nèi)，所以有人也將這個時間段稱為“黑色11分鐘”。也正因為如此，客艙乘務(wù)員才會在起飛和落地前對客艙進行嚴格的安全檢查，勸戴耳機的旅客拿掉耳機就是其中一項，這是為了讓旅客在一旦發(fā)生突發(fā)事件時能夠及時感知并作出相應(yīng)的處置。

2. 乘機廣播

（1）預定到達時間廣播：

Ladies and Gentlemen:

We will be landing at XX airport in about 15 minutes. The ground temperature is 23 degrees Celsius.

（2）下降時安全檢查廣播
