304　noise, sound, voice和accent

1　noise 常具有貶義，表示令人心煩的、不和諧的“嘈雜聲，噪聲，響聲”。noise 可用作可數(shù)名詞，可以用a, some, any修飾，但不可用many修飾，不可說many noises。noise 也可用作不可數(shù)名詞，可以說much noise。

Who is making such a big noise ? 誰這么吵鬧？

Don't make any noise here. 在這里不要弄出聲響來。

Don't make so much noise . （正）不要大聲嚷嚷 。

Don't make so many noises . （誤）

2　sound 泛指“聲音”，指一切可以聽到的聲音，多用作可數(shù)名詞。

I can hear the sound of the bells outside. 我能夠聽見外面的鐘聲。

She opened the door without making a sound . 她打開門，沒弄出一點聲響。

Sounds came from the flower garden. 聲音從花園里傳來。

3　voice 表示“嗓音”，指人的說話或唱歌的聲音，可以作可數(shù)名詞或不可數(shù)名詞。

She speaks in a low voice . 她說話輕聲細(xì)語。

I heard a voice in the room. 我聽見房間里有說話聲。

She has a very sweet voice . 她的聲音很甜美。

He spoke at the top of his voice . 他大聲說話。

4　accent 指人說話時帶有的“口音”。

She speaks with a strong Sichuan accent . 她說話帶有濃重的四川口音。
