  It's been proven in psychology that your facial expression actually influences how you feel to an extent. Basically: you can fake it till you make it

  3. Remind yourself of your best qualities such as what nice hair you have or how you have lots of friends.

  Think confident, act confident, be confident, be calm.

  4. Distract yourself.

  分散注意力

  Another thing proven by psychology is that if you think about, say, how hungry and tired you are, you are going to be more hungry and tired than you would be. If you're talking to your crush or giving a speech, think more about what you're talking about than your crush or the large group of people... judging you...

  5. DO NOT show any signs of nervousness or insecurity.

  不要表現(xiàn)出任何緊張或不安的跡象

  Instead smile and think about something wonderful (such as how your crush recently asked you out). You're cool. You're cooler than everyone else in the room, so you're going to act in a way that makes them know it. Because that way you will be able to be calm too.

  6.Don't let anyone see your true feelings.

  不要讓別人看出你真實(shí)的情感

  If you fake calm well enough, you may even fool yourself.
