Ingredients:

配料:

1 kg beef ribs; 1 tbsp cooking oil; 1 onion; 1 garlic; 1 ginger; 5 tbsp ketchup; 2 tbsp oyster sauce; 2 tbsp soy sauce; 1 teaspoon chili powder; 2 tablespoons red wine; 2 tbsp brown sugar; 2 tbsp honey; 2 teaspoons salt; 500 gr potatoes; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 small branch of rosemary.

牛肋1公斤;1湯匙食用油;1洋蔥;1大蒜;1姜;5湯匙番茄醬;蠔油2湯匙;2湯匙醬油;1茶匙辣椒粉;2湯匙紅酒;2湯匙紅糖;2湯匙蜂蜜;2茶匙鹽;500 gr土豆;1茶匙胡椒粉;1湯匙橄欖油;1小枝迷迭香。

How to make grilled American ribs

如何做烤美國排骨

Step 1: Process raw ingredients:

第一步:加工原料:

- Peel and dice onion. Peel and crush garlic. Peel and chop ginger.

-剝洋蔥,切丁。大蒜去皮并壓碎。姜去皮切碎。

- Wash and let ribs dry.

-洗凈排骨,晾干。

- Wash, peel and cut potatoes into small pieces.

-土豆洗凈,削皮,切小塊。

Step 2: Make the marinade:

- Put the pan on the stove, add oil, wait for the oil to heat, then fry the onion on a medium fire for about 1 minute, then add the garlic and ginger to fry together.

-將平底鍋放在爐子上,加油,等油熱后,中火炒洋蔥約1分鐘,然后加入大蒜和姜一起炒。

- Add 5 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of salt.

- Stir and add 2 tbsp of wine, boil for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Step 3: Marinate the ribs:

Put the ribs on foil paper, then put it on the stove and pour the sauce on the ribs. Use gloves to rub the marinade into both sides of the ribs, then wrap the ribs in foil paper and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

把排骨放在錫箔紙上,然后放在爐子上,把醬汁倒在排骨上。用手套把腌料涂在肋排的兩邊,然后用錫箔紙包起來,放在冰箱里放3小時(shí)。

Step 4: Cook beef ribs and potatoes:

第四步:烹飪牛肋排和土豆:

- Turn on the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees C, then cook the ribs wrapped in foil for 90 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees C.

-在175攝氏度的溫度下烤10分鐘,然后用錫箔包好排骨,在175攝氏度的溫度下烤90分鐘。

- When finished, open the foil, pour a layer of marinade on the ribs, put a rosemary branch on the rib, remove the ribs from the foil and cook again at a temperature of 230 degree C for 15 minutes.

- Put the potatoes on foil paper, add 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, a few chopped rosemaries, mix well. Put in the oven, cook for 15 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees C.

把土豆放在錫箔紙上,加入1茶匙橄欖油,1茶匙鹽,1茶匙胡椒粉,一些切碎的迷迭香,攪拌均勻。放入烤箱,在230度的溫度下煮15分鐘。
