　　no more...than...表示既不...也不...,是針對(duì)比較級(jí)形容詞或副詞的意義的，而不是針對(duì)句子其它部分。

　　例如：He is no taller than she is.她不高，他也不高。

　　二個(gè)“不”都是針對(duì)taller而言的。

　　1、The northward journey from Jalalabad was no more than 120 miles.

　　從賈拉拉巴德向北的行程不超過120英里。

　　2、The villages are no more than a mile apart as the crow flies.
