The western people take red, green and white color as Christmas colors.

When Christmas is coming， every family will decorate their home with Christmas colors. Red Christmas flowers and red Christmas candles are put on the tables and green Christmas tree is put into the house.

Christmas tree is the most important adornment and it is usually made of fir and cypress or some other evergreen tree in A-frame shape. People will decorate it with colorful lights, presents and paper flowers.

And the white color means glittering and translucent snowflake out of the window. White and red are also the colors of Santa Claus. Santa Claus is the most popular people in Christmas day. When the Christmas day, western children will put a Christmas sock in front of fireplace or beside pillow on Christmas Eve, because they think that Santa Claus will put presents into their Christmas sock after they fall asleep.
