Experienced technicians in their 50s and 60s are treasures for enterprises. It would be such a waste of their skill and experience and a great loss for the enterprises if they retire early and just dance in the square. We hope the policy of postponing the retirement age could be issued as soon as possible. It will help ensure the skills of the experienced will be passed on to the next generation.

企業(yè)十分需要有經(jīng)驗和技術的員工，他們大都在五六十歲左右。一旦這些技術管理骨干退休，早早地到社會上逛大街或跳廣場舞，對企業(yè)來說這是損失。我們建議相關部門對這部分人要盡快出臺延遲退休政策，以保證企業(yè)技術的傳承和經(jīng)驗的傳授。

A lot of people think the government has a monopoly over the taxi industry, which is untrue. China has more than 8,000 taxi companies, 1.3 million taxis and 2.6 million taxi-related employees. There are also more than 130,000 self-employed taxi drivers. The taxi industry was one of the first industries on the open market, and a government monopoly doesn't exist.

很多人認為政府在壟斷出租車行業(yè)，其實不存在。我們?nèi)珖鲎廛?30萬輛，就業(yè)人數(shù)260萬人，運營企業(yè)8000多個，同時還有13萬個體戶。其實出租車行業(yè)是開放比較早的行業(yè)，不存在政府壟斷。
