就業(yè)難？淘寶“賣”畢業(yè)生，1000元可拍！

The fierce competitiveness of today's job market has driven one university dean to look online. He Hua, 39, the dean of Kunming University, has set up a store on Taobao where employers can browse and 'buy' the young graduates. He, the youngest university dean in China, hopes that his bold move will help students get on the career ladder, People's Daily Online reports.

如今的就業(yè)市場競爭激烈，在此背景下，一位大學(xué)校長將目光投向了網(wǎng)絡(luò)。中國最年輕的大學(xué)校長、39歲的昆明學(xué)院校長何華開了一家淘寶店，雇主可以通過這家淘寶店瀏覽年輕畢業(yè)生的信息，甚至掏錢“買下”他們。據(jù)人民網(wǎng)消息，校長何華希望他的大膽舉措能幫助莘莘學(xué)子踏入職場。

Mr He unveiled the online store at a graduation ceremony attended by 4,500 students and teachers on July 2. The 'Kunming University talent shop' showcases the university's top 65 graduates, who each have an online 'profile' showing off their talent. All of the graduates are wearing white t-shirts bearing the Kunming University logo.

7月2日，校長何華在畢業(yè)典禮上面對4500名師生宣布淘寶“昆明學(xué)院人才店”成立。該校65名優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生已經(jīng)“上架”，他們統(tǒng)一身穿印有昆明學(xué)院?；盏陌譚恤，所有的“寶貝”都有個人才能簡介。

The students are divided into four categories: 'along the way style,' '2025 style,' 'internet style' and 'elite collection style.' Clicking on each person's photograph reveals more about their character and skills. Students have also listed their career ambitions and preferred salaries.

這些學(xué)生被歸為四種人才類型：“一帶一路型”、“制造2025型”、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+型”、“集合精英型”。點(diǎn)擊每位畢業(yè)生的圖片，就可以在寶貝詳情中查看畢業(yè)生的性格、技能、求職意向、理想薪資等信息。

If a company is interested in hiring any of the graduates they must pay the university 1,000 Yuan to 'capture', or reserve, the talent. The university will then verify the company's credentials and arrange phone calls and Skype conversations between prospective employer and employee. Whether or not a job offer is made, the university will refund the money after a week.

如果企業(yè)對淘寶店上的畢業(yè)生有招聘意向，需向校方支付1000元招聘意向金“拍下”，或者說是“預(yù)訂”人才。隨后，校方將核實(shí)企業(yè)資質(zhì)，再安排有意建立雇傭關(guān)系的雙方進(jìn)行電話、視頻交流。無論是否達(dá)成就業(yè)意向，學(xué)校都將在一周后返還企業(yè)的理想意向金。

Mr He says he wants to use Taobao, which gets millions of views a month, to build a bridge between companies and students. His motto is 'seek and you shall find.' He says that this is just one of many new ideas he has for the university.

校長何華表示，淘寶的月訪問量為幾百萬次，他希望借助這一平臺，在企業(yè)和學(xué)生之間搭建一座橋梁。他的座右銘是“為人求位，位得其人”。他還表示，關(guān)于該校的發(fā)展，除了淘寶人才店，他還有其他的創(chuàng)意。

The university has also recently started its own online creative market for students to help them showcase their own products as well as has a financing platform which offers students with outstanding entrepreneurial credentials the capital to realise their ambitions.

近日，昆明學(xué)院已經(jīng)開始籌備大學(xué)生網(wǎng)上創(chuàng)意集市，讓學(xué)生的創(chuàng)意作品得到更好的展示。另外，該校還將打造融資平臺，為有出色創(chuàng)業(yè)資歷的學(xué)生提供資金，幫助他們實(shí)現(xiàn)夢想。

According to the latest figures, around 7.49 million Chinese students will graduate from university this year. The figure is an increase of 220,000 on last year, and a new all-time high.

最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年中國高校畢業(yè)生約為749萬，相比去年增加了22萬，創(chuàng)歷史新高。
