Forget about slipping out of your shoes because of loose laces or feeling pressure from too-tight tyingwhen doing those sprints.

Nike Inc. has unveiled its first power-lacing sneaker— it allows users to make the fit looser or snugger onthe fly by pressing buttons on the side of the shoe.

The world's largest sportswear brand, based in Beaverton, Oregon, unveiled the sneaker alongwith a host of other innovations last Wednesday at a media event in New York.

The innovations come as Nike is digging deeper into personalized products and services, whilefocusing on reaching a goal of posting $50 billion in annual revenue by the end of its fiscal2020 year. It reported $30.6 billion in revenue for its latest fiscal year that ended in May.

Nike also unveiled a new Nike Plus app, an all-access pass for athletes. The app, available inJune, connects to its suite of apps that include running and training aids and provides access toNike experts.

When users step into the shoe, their heel will hit a sensor. The athlete then can press twobuttons on the side that adjust the grip. But Nike says that in the future, it won't be manual.The sensor could sense when the user needs to have the shoe tighter or looser.

當(dāng)你穿上這雙鞋，腳跟兒就會(huì)碰觸到感應(yīng)器。運(yùn)動(dòng)員就能按鞋邊上的兩個(gè)按鍵去調(diào)節(jié)松緊到合適程度。

The self-lacing sneaker, which is called "Nike HyperAdapt 1.0," will be out starting the holidayseason and will only be available for members of its loyalty Nike+ app. It will be available inthree colors. The price was not revealed.

這款名為“Nike HyperAdapt 1.0”的能自動(dòng)系帶的運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋將在今年的圣誕節(jié)期間上市，而且僅特供給耐克APP的忠實(shí)用戶們。這款運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋有三種顏色可供選擇，但是目前售價(jià)還是一個(gè)迷。

"The adaptive lacing system is an excellent first step towards truly adaptive personalizedfootwear," said Matt Powell, sports industry analyst at NPD Group Inc., a market research firm.
