臺灣一趟以Hello Kitty為主題的太魯閣號列車于上周一首次運(yùn)行。
The train has make its first run on a round trip fromTaipei to Taitung, according to the Taiwan RailwaysAdministration.
根據(jù)來自臺灣鐵路局的消息,這列火車首次運(yùn)行路線是從從臺北到臺東的往返。
The design concept of the Hello Kitty train is "Toconnect world and Taiwan with Hello Kitty". The 8carriage are designed as Taiwan, Asia, Oceania, Europe, Africa, America and North and Southpole, and then back to Taiwan.
Hello Kitty彩繪列車以“跟著Hello Kitty連結(jié)臺灣與世界”為設(shè)計理念,8節(jié)車廂設(shè)計成由臺灣出發(fā),周游亞洲、大洋洲、歐洲、非洲、美洲、南北極后,再回到臺灣。
The train was installed with a total of 376 headrest covers with Hello Kitty patterns printed onthem. But when the train finished its round trip from Taipei to Taitung on Monday, the trainattendants found that all but 48 headrest covers were stolen.
該列車共配有376條印有Hello Kitty圖案的枕巾。而列車當(dāng)天完成從臺北至臺東的往返運(yùn)行時,乘務(wù)員發(fā)現(xiàn)只剩下48條枕巾,其余全部被偷。
Each headrest cover cost some NT$50. The estimated loss totaled about NT$16,000.
每條枕巾的成本約為新臺幣50元。據(jù)估計,此次損失約為1.6萬新臺幣。
The train company said it prepared 120 extra covers just in case but did not expect that 328pieces, or more than 87%, would be stolen on the train's maiden trip.
鐵路公司表示多準(zhǔn)備了120條枕巾備用,但沒想到列車首航會有328條(超87%)枕巾被盜。
