九省市試點“導(dǎo)游自由執(zhí)業(yè)”

國家旅游局下發(fā)通知，要求從5月起在全國9個省市旅游委(局)正式啟動線上線下相結(jié)合的導(dǎo)游自由執(zhí)業(yè)試點工作。未來導(dǎo)游可通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺、線下相關(guān)機構(gòu)向預(yù)約其服務(wù)的消費者提供單項講解或向?qū)Х?wù)，并通過第三方支付平臺收取導(dǎo)游服務(wù)費。

The National Tourism Administration will pilot a freelance tour guide program in Shanghai and eight other provinces beginning from May, in an attempt to reduce the number of shopping trips, which tourists frequently complain about.

國家旅游局將自今年5月起，在上海和其他八個省市開展導(dǎo)游自由執(zhí)業(yè)試點工作，以減少游客經(jīng)常抱怨的購物游。

這里的freelance tour guide就是指的導(dǎo)游自由執(zhí)業(yè)，freelance指的是自由職業(yè)者，比如freelance journalist就是指的自由撰稿人，freelance writing jobs就是指自由撰稿的工作。類似的還有freelance photographer(自由攝影師)、freelance writer(自由作家)等等。

Pilot在這里做動詞，指試點、試驗，pilot program就是指試點計劃。Pilot做名詞一般指飛行員或引航員。

此次開展的9個省市試點工作將分為線上、線下兩種類型(via online platforms and/or offline agencies)，消費者將來可通過第三方支付平臺(a third-party payment platform)來支付導(dǎo)游服務(wù)費。
