《醫(yī)療糾紛預(yù)防和處理?xiàng)l例》將于10月1日起施行

China has issued a government regulation on the prevention and settlement of medical disputes to safeguard the interests of both medical staff and patients.

近日，我國(guó)發(fā)布了一項(xiàng)關(guān)于預(yù)防和解決醫(yī)療糾紛的政府條例，以保障醫(yī)務(wù)人員和患者的利益。

The regulation, aimed at maintaining order and security in medical institutions, stipulates that diagnosis and treatment should be centered on patients, and health professionals should enhance compassionate care, strictly observe concerning laws and norms and abide by professional ethics.

該條例旨在維護(hù)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的秩序和安全，規(guī)定診斷和治療應(yīng)以患者為中心，衛(wèi)生專業(yè)人員應(yīng)加強(qiáng)關(guān)愛，嚴(yán)格遵守有關(guān)法律和規(guī)范，遵守職業(yè)道德。

The regulation also requires, by way of strengthening daily oversight of medical security, improving risk prevention and control in key stages of medical services and highlighting the importance of doctor-patient communication, to prevent such disputes at the source.

該條例還要求，通過加強(qiáng)對(duì)醫(yī)療安全的日常監(jiān)督，改善醫(yī)療服務(wù)關(guān)鍵階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)防和控制，并強(qiáng)調(diào)醫(yī)患溝通的重要性，從源頭上防止此類糾紛。

It clarifies the principles, approaches and procedures for medical dispute settlements, while emphasizing the role of people's mediation in resolving such disputes.

該條例闡明了醫(yī)療糾紛解決的原則、方法和程序，同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)了人民調(diào)解在解決這類糾紛中的作用。

The regulation also stipulates the legal consequences of violations, such as issuing false laboratory reports or distributing inaccurate information on medical disputes.

此外，該條例還規(guī)定了違法行為的法律后果，如發(fā)布虛假實(shí)驗(yàn)室報(bào)告或發(fā)布醫(yī)療糾紛的不準(zhǔn)確信息。

The regulation, which was signed by Premier Li Keqiang, will go into effect on October 1.

這項(xiàng)由國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)簽署的條例，將于今年10月1日起生效。
