Shanghai’s urban management and law enforcement officials have imposed fines in 607 cases between July 1 and 20 for violating the city’s new household waste-sorting management regulations.
7月1日至20日，上海市城管和執(zhí)法部門對607起違反上海市家庭垃圾分類管理新規(guī)的案件處以罰款。
Among them, 329, or 54.2 percent, were related with failure to install garbage-sorting containers, and 43.3 percent were for failure to sort and dispose of trash correctly, the Shanghai Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau said yesterday.
上海市城市管理和執(zhí)法局昨日表示，其中329起(54.2%)與未能安裝垃圾分類容器有關(guān)，43.3%與未能正確分類和處理垃圾有關(guān)。
Two cases regarded irregularities in collecting and transporting household garbage, and six were about randomly stacking household garbage, according to the bureau.
據(jù)該局稱，有2起涉及違規(guī)收集和運(yùn)輸生活垃圾的案件，6起隨意堆放生活垃圾的案件。
Another two concerned mixing construction waste with household trash, and four were over the failure to report household waste based on regulations. One was about collection and transportation company’s failure to establish record of household waste, according to the bureau.
另有2起涉及建筑垃圾與生活垃圾混合的案件，及4起未按規(guī)定上報(bào)家庭垃圾的案件，其中1個(gè)是關(guān)于收集和運(yùn)輸公司沒有建立家庭垃圾的記錄。
In 62 cases, individuals were fined, the bureau said.
該局稱，有62起案件涉及個(gè)人罰款。
Shopping malls and office buildings had the worst performances in waste sorting, with an incidence of irregularity of 57 percent, followed by enterprises at 28 percent, the bureau said based on three-week inspections.
根據(jù)為期三周的調(diào)查，購物中心和辦公樓在垃圾分類方面表現(xiàn)最差，違規(guī)率為57%，其次是企業(yè)，違規(guī)率為28%。
The incidence of household waste-sorting irregularity was 15 percent at residential complexes, 14 percent for hospitals, and 15 percent for schools and training institutions. The incidence was 28 percent at catering businesses, with 60 percent regarding mixed disposal of different types of trash, and it was 24 percent at hotels, 50 percent on mixed dumping.
住宅小區(qū)的家庭垃圾分類不規(guī)范發(fā)生率為15%，醫(yī)院為14%，學(xué)校和培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)為15%。餐飲企業(yè)的這一比例為28%，其中60%是不同類型垃圾的混合處理，酒店的這一比例為24%，其中50%為混合傾倒。
