'國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展綱要'發(fā)布

China has issued an outline to promote standardized development at the national level in its pursuit of high-quality development and modernization.

中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院近日印發(fā)《國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展綱要》，推進(jìn)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展，以推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家。

The document, jointly released by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, details measures to ensure the country realizes its long-term development goals through 2035.

《綱要》詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了中國(guó)到2035年實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展目標(biāo)的措施。

With improvements to be made in the standardized management system, a market-driven, government-guided and enterprise-oriented standardized development pattern featuring mass participation, opening-up and integration will take shape in China by 2035.

到2035年，具有中國(guó)特色的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體制更加完善，市場(chǎng)驅(qū)動(dòng)、政府引導(dǎo)、企業(yè)為主、社會(huì)參與、開放融合的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作格局全面形成。

Reforms will be made in standardization work by 2025.

《綱要》還明確了到2025年要推進(jìn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化改革。

Both the government and market will contribute to the standards-making process, all economic sectors will be covered by industry standards and international cooperation on standardization work will be deepened extensively.

到2025年，實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)供給由政府主導(dǎo)向政府與市場(chǎng)并重轉(zhuǎn)變，全域標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化全覆蓋，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化國(guó)際合作深入拓展。
