中國(guó)—新西蘭自貿(mào)協(xié)定升級(jí)

A protocol on upgrading the free trade agreement between China and New Zealand took effect Thursday, further facilitating bilateral trade and investment, China's Ministry of Commerce said.

商務(wù)部4月7日宣布，中國(guó)-新西蘭自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定升級(jí)議定書(shū)當(dāng)日正式生效，將進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)雙邊貿(mào)易和投資便利化。

The two sides will further open their markets for goods, services and investment while optimizing rules to promote trade facilitation.
進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大中新雙方在貨物、服務(wù)、投資等領(lǐng)域市場(chǎng)開(kāi)放，進(jìn)一步提升貿(mào)易便利化等規(guī)則水平。

Bilateral cooperation will also be strengthened in the fields of e-commerce, competition policy, government procurement and the environment.
雙方承諾在電子商務(wù)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)政策、政府采購(gòu)、環(huán)境等領(lǐng)域增強(qiáng)合作。

The upgraded protocol has improved the quality and efficiency of bilateral trade relations on the basis of the China-New Zealand FTA and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, the ministry said.
升級(jí)議定書(shū)使中新兩國(guó)自貿(mào)關(guān)系在中國(guó)—新西蘭自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定和區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定（RCEP）基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了進(jìn)一步提質(zhì)增效。
