我國世界自然遺產數(shù)量居世界第一

China has the largest number of world natural heritage sites according to the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. The country is now home to 14 world natural heritage sites and four heritage sites noted for both cultural and natural features.

來自國家林業(yè)和草原局的消息，截至目前，我國世界自然遺產數(shù)量達到14項，自然與文化雙遺產4項，數(shù)量均居世界第一，總體保護狀況良好。

These sites effectively preserve China's geological relics, mountains, forests and lakes, along with rare and endangered animal and plant species.
這些遺產有效保護了中華大地上最具代表性的地質遺跡，最優(yōu)美的山岳、森林、湖泊，最珍稀瀕危的動植物物種。

The areas have also played an important role in the protection of cultural relics, intangible cultural heritage and historic cities, towns and villages, bringing in over 14 billion yuan in average annual tourism revenue for locals.
18項遺產地還保護了200多個文物保護單位、非物質文化遺產、眾多的歷史文化名城名鎮(zhèn)名村和傳統(tǒng)村落，平均每年為當?shù)貛沓^140億元的旅游收入。
