Good morning , everybody.Welcome to the 7th Annual International Sales Conference. It's great to decizes many of you, all faces annual ones. We'll get two very busy days as usual and I'm sure you'll enjoy them. As soon as I finish,which won't be long I promised you .We'll begin our first section, which is our sales managers giving their national sales reports from their own countries. We'll stay together for that section, as I feel it useful for everybody to see the overall picture.
Then, after we have lunch, we're got to devide into groups to discuss our targets for next year in hard reach them. At four o'clock, we'll come back together again when Amy Character ,our guess speaker will get her presentation. As you all know, the consultants almenants partners have been looking at the way we anwser the telephone to our group. And Amy is giving a short report on their findings. Her presentation will probably finish just before 5:30.Dinner this evening is 8 o'clock.
We'd like everyone to meet the bar for drinks for about 7 o'clock. That way we can enjoy drinks together until the couchly for the restaunt at 7:45.
Tomorrow morning, we're starting at 9 o'clock with a looked ways of marketing the new productor. This is also our workshop section. Then will be a coffer break. Before we come back together again and share our ideas is the fate section,and that will bring the end of this conference and farewell lunch. So that's enough for me. I'd like to wish you all enjoyable and successful two days and handle over the jody cocks. With going to start is Canadian Sales.

A:So how did the conference go, Jody?
B:Oh,that's good. All the sections were interesting and all the speakers were really good. The orgenization was a lot better this year as well . I think having a small number of people there made a big difference. You know you could actually get things down on the workshops and make dicisions a lot more quickly. There were about 30 delegates altogether which were just perfect.
A:And how was the hotel?
B:Fine. The conference rooms were good size, and hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable.I really like the hotel a lot . I think we should go again next year.
A:And how was the dinner that day?
B:Ah,that was probably the only thing people complaint about.The food wasn't very good and the service was slow. If we go back to the same hotel again , we have to find another restaunt.
