“湊熱鬧”和“看熱鬧”的地道表達(dá)

“湊熱鬧”這個(gè)詞在英語(yǔ)中可以用詞組come along for the ride來(lái)表示，它的意思是：to join in an activity without playing an important part in it。

My boyfriend loves this rock band, he has booked two tickets for the concert tonight, but I just came along for the ride.
