senior, junior + to

He is junior to me. 他年紀(jì)比我輕。

I am senior to him. 我比他年長(zhǎng)。

He's junior to me by two years. = He's two years junior to me.

他比我小兩歲。

I am senior to him by two years. = I am two years senior to him.

我比他大兩歲。

I am junior to many people in this company.

我在這家公司的資歷比很多人淺。

Many people are senior to me in this company.

這家公司有很多人資歷比我深。

In the army, a captain is junior to a major.

軍隊(duì)中，上尉的位階比少校低。

In the army, a general is senior to a major.
