（1）Making an Appointment預(yù)約

A：I’d like to make an appointment to see Dr. Smith.
我想跟史密斯醫(yī)生約個(gè)時(shí)間。

B：Is it an emergency?
是急診嗎？

A：Yes, I have a terrible stomachache.
是的，我胃疼得厲害。

B：In that case, how about this afternoon at 3:00?

A：Fine. My name is Cindy Jones.

B：Have you been here before?
