這類題目要求考生就題干中提出的問題進(jìn)行闡述，并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案或應(yīng)對(duì)措施，全文可以用三段式結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)：
第一段：引入話題，描述問題
第二段：闡述問題原因，提出解決方案
第三段：總結(jié)全文
