年輕人不快樂(lè)的根源：
客觀上：
1. 有些青少年來(lái)自單親家庭，或者是暴力家庭，缺乏溫暖和關(guān)愛(ài)，很難快樂(lè)。
2. 應(yīng)試教育和填鴨教學(xué)使很多成長(zhǎng)中的年輕人不堪重負(fù)，更談不上發(fā)展自己的興趣愛(ài)好，放松休閑，因此，很多年輕人不快樂(lè)。
主觀上：
1. 幸福感其實(shí)和自我的期待值有關(guān)，欲望好像是鹽水，越喝越渴。有時(shí)候，年輕人想要提升自我，但是，又缺乏力量，想要后退，又不甘心，欲求不得的焦慮正是不快樂(lè)的根源之一。
2. 羅素在論及快樂(lè)的時(shí)候提及朋友和愛(ài)好可以是快樂(lè)的重要源泉，因此，個(gè)人愛(ài)好很少以及交際圈很小的人，很難獲得更多快樂(lè)。
解決策略：
1.父母承擔(dān)對(duì)于子女的責(zé)任，為他們營(yíng)造快樂(lè)健康的成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境。
2.教育者幫助學(xué)生們調(diào)整心態(tài)，同時(shí)，緩解學(xué)業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)，豐富校園活動(dòng)。
