我這種狀況可以用一個(gè)習(xí)慣用語(yǔ)來(lái)形容:zone out. Zone out就是頭腦空白,注意力不集中。我本來(lái)還在認(rèn)真聽好朋友說(shuō)婚禮計(jì)劃,可后來(lái),估計(jì)因?yàn)樗龑?shí)在滔滔不絕,我聽暈了,開始魂游天外。估計(jì)她發(fā)現(xiàn)我眼神放空,所以才丟了個(gè)問題給我。我當(dāng)時(shí)覺得很不好意思。
如果您有過(guò)長(zhǎng)途旅行的經(jīng)驗(yàn),一定明白旅行是個(gè)體力活。如果行程安排得太滿,不僅身體疲憊,頭腦也會(huì)變遲鈍。我們來(lái)聽一聽下面這段話:

這種感覺就是時(shí)差造成的,英文叫"jet lag"。一般來(lái)講,人們需要一個(gè)星期的時(shí)間才能把時(shí)差倒過(guò)來(lái)。所以,到了目的地之后,先不要著急玩, 最好讓自己休息一下。

平白無(wú)故撞倒一個(gè)人,無(wú)論誰(shuí)都得需要點(diǎn)時(shí)間才能回過(guò)神來(lái)。在巨大的打擊和出乎意料的驚喜面前,我們的大腦往往要先Zone out - 空白一下。
