Pavilion Features
Shanxi Province will spotlight the province's history and culture, energy and future at the Expo. The entrance of the 600-square-meter pavilion will feature traditional Chinese wooden Dougong brackets fixed layer upon layer. Inside, visitors will be able to explore Shanxi's World Heritage sites - the Yungang Grottoes, the ancient city of Pingyao and Mount Wutai. Its traditional culture such as paper-cutting and piyingxi (shadow puppet play) will also be on display. With the theme of civilization and energy, the province aims to show its splendid history,current development and future planning to the world.

概況
展館外形以山西最能體現(xiàn)古代智慧的元素——“門樓”為主要視覺符號(hào)，以節(jié)能環(huán)保的粉煤灰磚和LED燈為主要材料，組成變幻的外墻圖案，分別展示山西世界文化遺產(chǎn)、非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)以及黃河、太行等地的民俗、民情風(fēng)貌。館內(nèi)分為“人文•城市之路”、“能源•城市之光”和“和諧•城市之夢(mèng)”三部分，按照城市發(fā)展脈絡(luò)，全面展示山西的人文歷史、能源科技與和諧未來。通過山西傳統(tǒng)元素與現(xiàn)代高科技手段的完美結(jié)合，充分展現(xiàn)山西悠久的歷史及深厚的文化底蘊(yùn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的新面貌和未來發(fā)展的美景。
