P1: Hello. 喂。
P2: Hello, I am calling about the flat. I mean apartment you advertised in the paper. Is it still available?
你好，我打電話是為了你在報(bào)紙上刊登的公寓出租的事，那公寓還出租嗎？
P1:Yes. It’s. 是的，可以。
P2: The ad says It's furnished. What furniture does it have?
廣告上說屋內(nèi)帶家具，有什么家具呢？
P1: Well, it’s has a table and four chairs, a sofa in the living room, a bed, and…. Let's see, oh yes, a stove and a refrigerator.
有一張桌子和四把椅子，起居室里有一個(gè)沙發(fā)還有一張床，哦，我想想，對(duì)了，還有一個(gè)爐子和一個(gè)冰箱。
P2: Does the rent include electricity? 房租里包含電費(fèi)嗎？

Unit two: Looking at an apartment. 看房
P1: Hello. I’m here to look at the flat you have for rent. 您好，我來看你出租的公寓。
P2: Flat? OH, you mean apartment. Yes, of course. this way please. Well, this is the living room. 哦，您是說公寓，好的，當(dāng)然可以。請(qǐng)這邊走。嗯，這邊是起居室。
P1: Um, it’s nice. But it’s a bit small.嗯，很好，但有點(diǎn)小。
P2: Let me show you around the rest of the apartment. The kitchen is through here.
