莉娜(娜塔莉·波特曼 飾)是一名生物學(xué)家，一年前，她的丈夫凱恩(奧斯卡·伊薩克 飾)在參加一項(xiàng)秘密任務(wù)后神秘失蹤，這一年間，莉娜一直生活在悲傷之中。某天，失憶的凱恩忽然出現(xiàn)在了莉娜的面前，之后暈倒被送入了醫(yī)院。在那里，莉娜遇見(jiàn)了文崔斯博士(詹妮弗·杰森·李 飾)。
