英語(yǔ)四級(jí)翻譯所用詞組匯總（1）

　　1、be free from沒(méi)有……的，不受……影響

　　be free from 可以看成 原本就沒(méi)有束縛

　　而 be freed from 是原本有這個(gè)束縛,由于種種原因,掙脫了這個(gè)束縛

　　eg: be free of charge 免費(fèi) be free from the homework 從作業(yè)中解脫,擺脫、

　　2、be identified as…被認(rèn)為是… 被識(shí)別為…，被確認(rèn)為…

　　eg:　Non - conforming products should be identified as per Status Identification Control Procedure.

　　應(yīng)按《狀態(tài)標(biāo)識(shí)控制程序》標(biāo)識(shí)不合格品.

　　3、be known as被稱做……，以……著稱

　　be known as 意為“作為……而著名”，其后的名詞表示一個(gè)人的身份、職業(yè)等。如：

　　Liu Huan is known as a singer.劉歡作為一個(gè)歌手而出名。

　　4、　be known to為……所熟知

　　be known to “為……所了解/知道”，其后接表示人的詞語(yǔ)。“(人們都)知道”，其后接動(dòng)詞原形。如：

　　He is known to all in our village.村子里的人都了解他。

　　5、be popular with…受……歡迎 注意區(qū)分與be popular to 的差別

　　例如：Loud music is more popular with young people than with old.

　　be popular to意思和be popular with差不多，但是用法上有點(diǎn)區(qū)別 例如：If you want to impress your peers (friends) it is generally more popular to show them , (to do this, to say, usage with the verb to be) your cool rDVD collection
