9. 制造業(yè)

The manufacturing industry is one of the backbone industries in China. China has a very strong manufacturing group. Some of the items that China manufactures include parts for mobile phones, airplanes, semiconductors, and food. China also manufactures some medical equipments used for emergency medical services. In recent years, China has become one of the United States' primary trading partners in manufacturing industry. However, the overall progress of information engineering in China's manufacturing industry still falls behind that of western developed countries. It has become unavoidable to make use of information technologies to improve the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.

制造業(yè)（manufacturing industry）是中國(guó)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。中國(guó)有非常強(qiáng)大的制造業(yè)集團(tuán)，制造的一些產(chǎn)品包括手機(jī)零部件、飛機(jī)部件、半導(dǎo)體（semiconductor）和食品。中國(guó)還制造一些用于應(yīng)急醫(yī)療服務(wù)的醫(yī)療設(shè)備。近年來(lái)，中國(guó)在制造業(yè)方面已經(jīng)成為美國(guó)主要的貿(mào)易伙伴之一。但是，中國(guó)制造業(yè)信息工程的整體發(fā)展速度在整體上仍落后于西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家。為了提高制造業(yè)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力（core competitiveness），信息技術(shù)的使用已不可避免。
