　　“國(guó)際消費(fèi)者權(quán)益日(World Consumer Rights Day)”定于每年的三月十五日，即人們所熟知的“315”。盡管隨著商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，出現(xiàn)了一些消極因素，使消費(fèi)者利益受到損害，但是，政府、企業(yè)及消費(fèi)者們正在通過(guò)自上而下和自下而上相結(jié)合的方法，共同努力解決這些問(wèn)題，積極推動(dòng)建立消費(fèi)者組織。每年消費(fèi)者權(quán)益日，央視“3.15”晚會(huì)都會(huì)揭穿許多騙局和陷阱，并且曝光一批不法商家和假冒商品，從而喚醒消費(fèi)者的維權(quán)意識(shí)。

　　3.商品經(jīng)濟(jì):可譯為commodity economy。

　　4.努力解決:即“努力做某事”，可用strive to do,go all outto do,try one's best to do等來(lái)表達(dá)。文中譯為make efforts to do。
