Once upon a time, in a big, green forest, there lived a little mouse named Max. Max was small, even for a mouse, but he was brave. Every day, he would explore the forest, looking for berries and seeds to take home to his family. Max loved adventures, even though all the other animals thought he was too tiny to do anything important.

One sunny morning, as Max was searching for food, he heard a loud roar. It came from deep inside the forest. Max's heart began to race. "What could that be?" he wondered. He had never heard such a frightening sound before. His first thought was to run back home, but his curiosity got the better of him. Max decided to find out where the roar came from.

Carefully, Max followed the sound. The trees grew taller, and the forest became darker as he went deeper. Suddenly, he saw a big, strong lion trapped in a hunter's net. The lion was struggling, but the more he moved, the tighter the net became. Max felt scared, but he knew he had to help.

Max didn’t give up. He quickly climbed onto the net and started to chew the ropes with his sharp teeth. Bit by bit, the net began to break. After a lot of hard work, Max had chewed through enough ropes, and the lion was free.

The lion stood up and stretched his legs. "I can't believe it," he said, amazed. "You, a little mouse, saved my life!" Max smiled. "Even small friends can make a big difference," he said.
