Well, there are some features common to all good restaurants. Service is one of the most important of such features.
One of the ways to maintain high service standard is to ensure a waiter comes over quickly. Nothing irks a customer more than sitting down at a nice restaurant, excited to begin the meal, and then waiting for too much time for someone to come over.
Secondly, the waiters need to be knowledgeable and authentic. When asked a question about an item on the menu, a detailed answer from the waiter reassures the customer.
