首先回答Jessica同學(xué)的問題，如何用英語表達(dá)："跟得上…"，"趕得上……"，有一個(gè)很好的短語：To keep up with …
I could do it, it's just there's too much to do, and I couldn't keep up with the
workload. 我可以做好的，因?yàn)楣ぷ魈?，我只是跟不上工作量?/p>
I can't keep up with your speed, could you slow down? 我跟不上你的速度，你能放慢速度嗎?
Let's keep up with the development. 讓我們跟得上發(fā)展的進(jìn)步。
下面，介紹另一個(gè)口語化的詞：This isn't happening! 意思是發(fā)生了某些你不愿其發(fā)生的事，于是你說"怎么會(huì)這樣"，"這種事不該發(fā)生"：
My new dress is spoiled by the orange juice, this isn't happening! 我的新裙子被果汁搞臟了，怎么會(huì)發(fā)生這種事呢?
My computer acted up again, this isn't happening! 我的電腦又出故障了，怎么會(huì)這樣。
My luggage was stolen, this isn't happening! 我的行李被偷了，這不該發(fā)生。
You quit your job, this is happening! 你辭了職，你怎么能這么做。
The heavy rain destroyed everything, this isn't happening! 大雨毀掉了一切，這不該發(fā)生。
