In a sharply worded statement Thursday, a spokesperson for the network denied a recent report indicating that the Real Housewives mastermind was negotiating his exit from Bravo amid "swirling controversy and falling ratings."

The outlet quoted an unnamed source as saying, "Negotiations for Cohen's departure package are underway as he grapples with the fallout from mounting accusations by his stars."

The accusations in question hail from Real Housewives of New York City star Leah McSweeney and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville.

McSweeney sued Cohen and Bravo in February for allegedly harassing, discriminating, and retaliating against her as a "woman with disabilities, such as alcohol use disorder and various mental health disorders, all in the name of selling drama." Cohen has denied the allegations.
